Continuous Improvement Lead

The Continuous Improvement Lead plays a pivotal role in implementing and developing Advanced Manufacturing systems to drive efficiency and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead root cause problem-solving efforts for key chronic losses and coach teams on improvement methodologies.
- Develop daily and weekly strategies to eliminate losses and enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with maintenance leads and process owners to implement control strategies and empower operators to address out-of-control situations.
- Facilitate line loss analysis and line throughput improvement plans.
- Investigate initial root cause of top stops and develop plans for ownership areas.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Manufacturing environment experience is required, with 5+ years in food manufacturing preferred.
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects and a good understanding of Lean manufacturing concepts is preferred.
- Yellow or Green Belt certifications are preferred.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required.
