Continuous Improvement Manager

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement Manager to lead all CI activity in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will work with multiple departments to drive lean processes and results based on TPM.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including TPM and Lean methods
- Collaborate with operations to meet planned results and guarantee resourcing and urgency in execution
- Identify potential challenges and develop plans to overcome them
- Prioritize area for automation implementation and measure expected results
- Make recommendations for CAPEX spend based on ROI
- Lead CI events and teach/coach employees on Lean Manufacturing Processes
- 8-15+ years of experience in process improvement in a manufacturing environment
- BS degree required, engineering field preferred
- Production Operations background in food manufacturing
- TQM/Six Sigma experience
- Proven ability to influence management at all levels
- Strong leadership and presentation skills
- Demonstrate experience in change & situational leadership
- Outstanding conceptual/process skills
