The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our business development team and key partners by delivering exceptional customer experiences at assigned locations throughout our Costco roadshow program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed set sales goals for each roadshow event.
  • Set-up and breakdown of Lomi booth at start and conclusion of each roadshow event.
  • Engage with all customers passing by the Lomi booth and actively promote and drive sales of Lomi products during demonstrations.
  • Follow an assigned schedule, maintain consistent punctuality and communication, and ensure products are displayed properly.
  • Attend training sessions as required and adhere to all warehouse policies, health, safety, and privacy guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Results-oriented and goal-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Ability to drive with reliable transportation and lift up to 50 lbs as required for booth set-up/breakdown.
