Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at assigned locations throughout our Costco roadshow program. Your primary objective will be to showcase the unique benefits of Lomi's products and drive increased sales at events within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed set sales goals for each roadshow event.
- Set up and break down Lomi booths at the start and conclusion of each roadshow event.
- Engage with all customers passing by the Lomi booth and actively promote and drive sales of Lomi products during demonstrations.
- Follow an assigned schedule, maintain consistent punctuality and communication, and ensure products are displayed properly.
- Attend training sessions as required and adhere to all warehouse policies, health, safety, and privacy guidelines.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-oriented and goal-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to drive with reliable transportation and lift up to 50 pounds as required for booth set-up/breakdown.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
