Mandarin Speaking Senior Care Options Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Speaking Senior Care Options Account Executive to join our team at Fallon Community Health Plan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external referral sources to obtain qualified referrals and enrollments for our NaviCare program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase referrals and enrollments for the NaviCare program.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Participate in sales calls and meetings to present the NaviCare program and its benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external referral sources.
