Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated nurse fluent in Mandarin to join our team at Parkway Health & Rehabilitation Center in West Roxbury, MA.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
- Assist Mandarin-speaking residents with their healthcare needs and ensure they receive culturally competent care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions.
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
