Key Responsibilities

Business Development:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the organization's goals.
- Design and execute a sales plan to engage potential clients and stakeholders, enhancing loan demand and expanding market presence.
- Collaborate with real estate professionals, builders, financial advisors, and other industry experts to attract new clientele.
- Analyze complex financial documents and facilitate loan completions at competitive rates.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure the preparation of comprehensive, compliant, and accurate mortgage loan applications.
- Comply with all federal and state regulations governing mortgage lending.
- Adhere to AgSouth's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Proficient in computer applications and mortgage lending software.
  • Understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and mortgage lending regulations.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area as required.
