Audiologist or Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 + Sales Incentive Plan

Location: Durham, NC

Full Time: Monday- Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Audiologists, Licensed Hearing Aid Dispensers, or 4th Year Externs to join our team at AudioNova, a Sonova brand. As a Hearing Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient hearing test assessments and analyze results to recommend personalized treatment options
  • Address patient questions and concerns regarding the benefits of hearing aid use
  • Discuss pricing and present the value of hearing healthcare services
  • Engage in community outreach efforts to generate new patient referrals
  • Teach patients how to utilize hearing technology to meet their hearing goals
  • Perform hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:

  • Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of North Carolina
  • Doctorate in Audiology preferred
  • 3rd and 4th year Audiology Externs encouraged to apply
