HVAC Sales Leader

General Overview:
Oversee a team and processes dedicated to estimating, selling, and executing Service HVAC and/or Plumbing projects. Enhance, streamline, and optimize operations through proficient supervision, sales techniques, effective communication, negotiation, scheduling, tracking, document management, and cost/profitability forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate potential customers and projects for qualification or disqualification.
2. Supervise estimating projects, proposal development, and presentations to prospective clients.
3. Ensure all assigned projects meet margin objectives.
4. Attain team sales targets.

Oversee logistical processes, vendor management, and coordination of equipment/material acquisitions to guarantee compliance with specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
6. Manage the permitting and inspection processes.7. Ensure adherence to UMC Safety Program on job sites.
8. Collaborate with the Service Supervisor or Coordinator to schedule daily manpower needs.
9. Coordinate equipment start-up and/or commissioning, ensuring all warranty documentation is completed and submitted as necessary.
10. Facilitate owner training and project acceptance.
11. Oversee the project warranty letter process to clients.
12. Ensure all equipment nomenclature is communicated to the Service Supervisor for Service Agreement preparation on new systems.
13. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential job functions.
14.
Document opportunities, proposals, and customer interactions in CRM with sales and delivery teams.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed projects.
2. Participate in company-sponsored events with clients (e.g., dinners, golf outings).
3. Maintain the "Administrative" license for the company to understand the code book.
Skills Required:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversee HVAC & Plumbing project sales personnel, operational staff, project managers, and field delivery teams.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of project management experience (or equivalent) with sales experience and sales leadership experience.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English.
- College-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Mathematical Skills: College-level proficiency.
- Reasoning Skills: College-level reasoning abilities.
Other Certifications:
Maintain a valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.
