Your Impact:
As a Sales/Client Advisor, you will contribute to a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every client enjoys a remarkable experience, fostering customer loyalty. Your efforts will play a crucial role in establishing our reputation as the preferred destination for vehicle purchases and leases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a high level of hospitality, characterized by kindness, optimism, and integrity.
- Engage effectively with clients through various communication channels.
- Promptly address all incoming sales inquiries with professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage a customer database to encourage repeat business and enhance satisfaction.
- Assist clients in selecting the right vehicle while staying informed about new products and features.
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining their features and taking clients on test drives.
- Learn to navigate objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales in line with company standards.
- Proactively seek out potential customers.
- Participate in product and sales training as required.
- Deliver unparalleled customer service and prioritize client satisfaction.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score.
- Effective time management to achieve and surpass targets.
- Prior customer service experience is essential; dealership experience is advantageous.
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor, particularly in negotiations.
- Exceptional communication skills focused on customer needs.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
