CAREER DEVELOPMENT

2nd Progression - Store Team Leader
3rd Progression - District Team Leader

COMPENSATION
Expected Salary Range: $17.05


This salary range is a good faith estimate of the compensation for this role.

Party City reserves the right to adjust the salary based on various factors such as experience and location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Holders ensure our store is always ready for customers and are responsible for the following:
- Opening and closing the store (alarm procedures)
- Preparing cash registers for store opening.
- Balancing cash registers at the end of the day.
- Preparing deposits and managing safe counts.
- Handling customer service issues at registers, including price adjustments and refunds.
- Acting as Leader on Duty (LOD) when Store Team Leader is unavailable.
- Reviewing and confirming completion of Daily Party Plan tasks when performing LOD duties.
- Resolving customer-related issues while in the LOD role.
- Executing emergency response procedures as needed.
- Receiving freight and maintaining logs.
- Preparing balloon orders for the next day.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the store (sales floor, backroom, breakroom, and restrooms).
- Conducting daily audits.
- Reviewing communications on Party Central and responding to emails and messages.
- Frequent kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
