Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Admissions Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and guiding prospective students through their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate engaging Career Planning Sessions for potential students, which include campus tours and comprehensive discussions about program details, costs, class schedules, and admission criteria.
- Assess and determine the eligibility of prospective students.
- Collaborate closely with the campus start team, including the Financial Aid Officer and campus Director.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students through various channels such as phone, email, and text messaging.
- Implement follow-up strategies to encourage campus visits from prospects.
- Develop and execute nurturing plans for all prospects and enrolled students to maintain engagement until classes commence.
- Coordinate and oversee the signing of enrollment agreements.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping within the Recruitment Database.
- Preferred background in sales.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
