Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Adler University. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting prospective students to our institution and contributing to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and participate in recruitment events and conferences to attract prospective students.
  • Develop and execute an annual recruitment events strategy for all three Adler campuses.
  • Maintain and follow up on prospects gathered from each event and conference attended.
  • Represent Adler University at external and internal recruitment events, including college fairs, conferences, classroom visits, open houses, and faculty meet and greets.
  • Counsel prospective students on Adler programs based on their stated career goals.
  • Inform prospective students of the admissions and application process.
  • Plan and execute admissions events, including open houses, webinars, faculty meet and greets, and interview days.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in higher education admissions or a marketing/sales environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in event or conference planning/management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with a CRM for reporting and communications management, Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Outstanding public speaking skills.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
Work Environment

The usual and customary methods of performing the job functions require some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling and significant fine finger dexterity. The job requires 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing.
