As a fire alarm/security systems sales representative, you will be responsible for selling products and services to current and new clientele, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and identifying prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, building and maintaining a network of sources to drive business growth.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their product or service needs, and suggest solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, and customer relationship problems.
  • Provide periodic territory sales forecasts and perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field, or at least five years of related experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
