About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Entry-Level Social Media Coordinator to join our team at ITRADE STEM. As a key member of our marketing and events team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our brand and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and print materials that align with our brand's identity.
  • Event Management: Assist in planning and executing educational meetups, workshops, and events to support learning and community growth.
  • Promotional Materials: Design flyers, posters, and other promotional items to generate excitement for our events and programs.
  • Social Media Engagement: Collaborate with our marketing team to create and schedule social media content, engage with our followers, and monitor analytics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and events team to ensure seamless execution of all marketing and events initiatives.
Requirements
  • Creative Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. A portfolio showcasing your design work is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and promote our events.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and digital tools for design and event planning.
  • Team Player: Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Interest in Technology: Passion for technology, space, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Social Media Experience: Experience using social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in graphic design or event planning is a plus.
