Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Retail Associate will include:

  • Expediting newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor\
  • Assisting Customers with merchandise and answering Customer questions\
  • Performing cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting\
  • Lifting up to 25 pounds and using janitorial equipment and other assigned supplies\
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to providing exceptional Customer service\
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment\
  • Communicating effectively with Colleagues and management\
  • Meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives\
  • Participating in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge\
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment\
  • Ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment\
  • Representing Sofeigroup in a professional and courteous manner\
