Program Highlights:

  • This two-year rotational program offers dynamic opportunities through short-term assignments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various roles that align with disciplines such as Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Strategy, and Transformation.
  • Enhance your skills through hands-on assignments that challenge your capabilities.
  • Experience different locations to broaden your understanding of the business and develop leadership and functional expertise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Willingness to relocate as necessary.
  • A Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory for security clearance eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership, teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
