Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team at Versar, Inc. as a Program Manager. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in project management, business development, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide management and oversight of administrative support, executive correspondence analysis support, and paralegal support requirements.
  • Ensure that deliverables are submitted accurately and timely.
  • Manage and supervise employees, including subcontractors, of various labor categories and skills in projects similar to the requirements of the statement of work.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards.
  • Manage government acquisitions and contracts, including developing and implementing contract management plans.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with senior government officials and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, business development, and strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including experience in supervising employees and managing projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in presenting to senior government officials.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar role.
