Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Field Services Director to lead our field services team at HOH Water Technology, a leading water treatment company with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for field services aligned with company objectives.
  • Mentor and energize field service personnel for career development, engagement, and retention.
  • Participate in leadership team duties, including routine meetings and strategic off-sites.
  • Facilitate team meetings, performance reviews, and manage field service teams workloads alongside Area Service Managers.
  • Create accountability for continuous improvement programs and company initiatives.
  • Ensure technical development and support within field service management and the broader field Service team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty.
  • Implement forward-thinking retention strategies and monitor customer loyalty indicators.
  • Lead and mentor the field services team in account management and client relationship enhancement.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, focusing on service gross margins and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within field service operations.
  • Direct experience in industrial water treatment preferred; CWT certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze financial and performance data to drive decision-making.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and ability to read proficiently in English.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
