Job Title: Field Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our team at OMI Industries Inc. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing relationships and driving sales for the Ecosorb Industrial brand in the Midwest region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities in the Midwest region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on Ecosorb products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Research and Development, and Sales, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Travel up to 30-50% overnight to visit customers, attend trade shows, and participate in corporate meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial or chemical industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales transactions and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Ecosorb products and services, as well as a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
