Position Overview:

The Executive Administrative Coordinator role is designed to deliver comprehensive clerical assistance to the Allied Health Programs, including disciplines such as Respiratory Therapy, Radiography, Surgical Technology, and Nurse Aide Training. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

The individual in this role will be responsible for:

  • Performing a variety of general support functions, including managing reception duties, handling phone inquiries, sorting mail, drafting correspondence and reports, organizing files, and maintaining the departmental calendar.
  • Assisting with sensitive materials pertinent to the department and its operations.
  • Monitoring the departmental budget and facilitating the procurement of necessary supplies.
  • Providing essential information to support students in their academic pursuits.

Required Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED, accompanied by two years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment:

This position is based on-site and is classified as non-exempt under FLSA guidelines.
