Role Summary
The Government & Commercial Fleet Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and organizing administrative functions related to government and commercial fleet divisions. This role includes offering operational support, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of fleet services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work closely with General Managers in Government and Commercial sectors on order management, documentation processing, and pricing inquiries.
- Provide administrative assistance including vehicle quotations, invoice management, and fleet deal coordination.
- Engage with fleet accounts and dealership partners to address concerns and maintain high service standards.
- Create and refine operational process documentation to enhance efficiency.
- Undertake additional operational and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in dealership or similar fleet account management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management capabilities.
- Positive demeanor and a readiness to support colleagues.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Eligibility for a notary license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Work Environment
This position is primarily remote, with the possibility of future relocation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000
