As a New Shepard Program Engineer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of space travel. You will be responsible for leading the development of manufacturing processes and procedures for our New Shepard program.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with engineering design, production, and company leadership to support all manufacturing efforts and equipment related to building various New Shepard spaceflight systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop manufacturing work instructions to clearly define manufacturing processes for composites fabrication, inspection, trimming, and assembly.
  • Closely manage quality, build sequence, and schedule of hardware throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in mechanical, aerospace, or industrial engineering or other relevant field.
  • Hardware manufacturing experience with composite parts.
  • Strong written, personal, technical, and software skills (CAD, Scheduling, Issue Tracking, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
Salary Range

$140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
