Job Overview

As a Relationship Manager IV in our Commercial Banking division, you will play a critical role in growing our loan and deposit business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary Range

$124,300.00 - $205,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet annual business development goals for loan and deposit production, loan fee income generation, cross sales, and portfolio retention.
  • Promote sales delivery through aggressive relationship building with centers of influence and commercial clients and prospects.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Bank's loan, deposit, and other products and services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a mid-size or larger financial institution, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial/business banking experience or a combination of commercial/business banking experience and relevant/transferrable experience.
  • Skill and experience in structuring all types of Commercial/Industrial loans and owner occupied real estate loans for middle market to larger more complex businesses.
  • Thorough understanding of basic principles of accounting and financial analysis.
