The Commerce Bank of Washington is seeking an experienced Treasury Management Operations Specialist to join their team in Seattle, WA. This is a full-time, in-office role that requires a strong banking background and knowledge of Treasury Management products.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level client support and maintaining the back-office administration for all TM products and services. You will work closely with commercial clients to implement and train them on Treasury Management products and services, and ensure accurate data entry through various administrative databases.

Responsibilities
  • Primary client support for all Treasury Management products and service requests received via phone or email from internal and external clients.
  • Provide technical support, implementation, and training for commercial clients using Treasury Management products and services.
  • Maintain accurate data entry through various administrative databases specifically designed for Treasury Management products.
  • Responsible for quality control of submitted service documentation and applications.
  • Review various reports that require action on a daily, monthly, or quarterly basis and administer required reports extracted from the database to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience with treasury and cash management.
  • Prior banking experience is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet frequent deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $21.77 to $31.93 per hour, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location. In addition, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, and adoption assistance.
