About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sr. Relationship Manager in the For Profit Healthcare Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and financial solutions to complex clients in the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial lending or investment banking, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. You will also have a proven track record of successfully managing large portfolios, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and increasing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions to clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across Bank of America's product lines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking
  • Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions
  • Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen
  • Familiarity with Bank of America's products and services
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 licenses required within 180 days of start date

Salary Range: $140,000 - $235,000 per annum
