At Infobip, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Voice Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service Platforms squad, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth in your assigned market.

This is a unique opportunity to help build a high-growth business and take on additional responsibilities over time. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage customer relationships and identify business needs.
  • Develop and deliver accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Telecom Sales/Carrier Sales Management.
  • Experience in the Telecom industry required.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with negotiating, decision-making, and closing with prospects and customers.
  • Flexible self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient with various technical tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office tools.
