Director of Cardiology Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiologist to lead our Cardiology Division as Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, clinical leadership, and innovation to drive the success of our Cardiology Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term goals to expand clinical services and grow the program.
  • Collaborate with physicians, providers, and operational partners to optimize clinical activities and align with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate quality improvement initiatives and monitor metrics for patient and provider quality and satisfaction.
  • Participate in community education and public relations efforts to promote our services and build strong relationships with the referral community.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy from an accredited school of medicine.
  • Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology and eligibility for licensure in Texas.
  • Leadership experience and program development a plus.
