Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Santa Clara Development Corporation Defunct. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the corporate Finance department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability * Oversee the preparation of financial reports, statements, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards * Ensure the quality of management operations and communication in all areas of the corporate finance department structure * Coordinate and prepare detailed monthly and ad hoc corporate financial reports, rolling forecasts for inclusion in Corporate Business Plans * Facilitate the flow of information throughout the business units, by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings with executive team members Supervisory Responsibilities * Directly supervise the activities of senior Financial Management employees and provide support as needed in supervising the activities of all divisions of the Finance Department * Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws * Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field * Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data * Strong business acumen, with the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Professional development opportunities If you are a motivated and experienced financial professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
