Job Summary

Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Loan Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in assisting members with their financial needs and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with loan applications, account maintenance, and other financial services.
  • Work closely with the loan and deposit platforms to ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
