Therapeutic Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Therapeutic Care Coordinator to join our team at Child & Family Healing Center.
This role involves providing direct support and supervision to residents in our intensive residential treatment program, as well as participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
About the Position- Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
- Location: Richmond, VA
In this role, you will collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support, and participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Experience working with youth with behavioral and emotional issues or Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
