We are seeking a detail-oriented Plasma Collection Coordinator to join our team at CSL Plasma. This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary of $48,000 per year.

Job Summary:

The Plasma Collection Coordinator will be responsible for registering donors, conducting health screening procedures, and educating donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma. You will work closely with the Assistant Center Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient donation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and verify donor eligibility
  • Conduct health screening procedures, including blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, and finger stick
  • Educate donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma
  • Maintain accurate records of donor data

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 months experience in a clerical or customer service position
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
