About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Residential Direct Support Supervisor to join our team at Child & Family Healing Center. This role requires a strong background in therapy and supervision, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of support coaches and provide daily therapeutic care, programming, and crisis intervention for residents.
  • Use Collaborative Problem-Solving techniques to help clients with challenging behaviors and build helping relationships.
  • Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team, working collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in a related field plus 2 years' experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years' experience may substitute for a Master's degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and agency technology is required.
