Position Overview: Nationwide IT Services is currently looking for an Acquisition Program Analyst (AFWERX) at the Journeyman level to support a significant Air Force initiative under the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Investment and Strategic Partnerships
  • Guide and monitor the strategic goals of the program
  • Assist in understanding and tracking Air Force policies
  • Support strategic communications, congressional inquiries, and requests from senior officials
  • Identify and analyze internal and external communication needs for AFWERX
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL)
  • Facilitate training across the Air Force regarding commercial technology initiatives
  • Advocate for policy and legislative changes
  • Develop and execute plans, policies, and procedures for Air Force Science and Technology (S&T)
