Position Overview:

Renewal by Andersen presents a remarkable opportunity to become part of our dynamic team in the Los Angeles area. The Assistant Installation Supervisor will play a pivotal role in assisting our Installation Supervisor in managing installation, project oversight, and service teams. This position is essential in enhancing the branch's operational profitability by optimizing the performance of both subcontractors and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute training programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for subcontractors and employees.
  • Conduct weekly field training sessions and provide constructive feedback to elevate overall performance in installation, project management, and service.
  • Evaluate individual and team installation metrics to identify training needs, and develop targeted training initiatives to enhance effectiveness in key areas.
  • Collaborate with installation managers, internal operations managers, sales managers, and general managers to address outstanding issues and pinpoint areas for improvement in installation, project management, and service support.
  • Offer essential training and assistance to subcontractors, project managers, and service technicians to refine back-office processes and documentation related to installation and project management.
  • Mentor and coach subcontractors, project managers, and service technicians to foster continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in installation, project management, and service.
  • Proven experience in training and coaching.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to manage information using computer systems.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and decision-making abilities.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $107,000 annually, based on various factors including work experience, education, geographic location, and certifications. In addition to salary, Andersen Corporation offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and profit-sharing opportunities (subject to eligibility requirements).
