1. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, fire safety, and emergency equipment.

2. Oversee the upkeep of pools, whirlpools, saunas, and steam rooms, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.3. Supervise external contractors during maintenance activities and coordinate with the Facilities Manager for efficient operations.4. Manage inventory of building supplies, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment.5. Assist in the recruitment, training, and scheduling of maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Health and Safety Commitment:
Ensure adherence to Workplace Health & Safety practices, prioritizing the safety of all members and staff. Respond to emergencies promptly and report maintenance issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma; Building Operator Certificate is an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or skilled trades.
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and WHMIS are required.
