Position Summary: The Installation Management Associate will assist the Installation Manager in overseeing the installation, project management, and service teams. This role is pivotal in enhancing the branch's operational profitability by optimizing the performance of both subcontractors and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for subcontractors and employees.
  • Conduct weekly field training sessions, offering constructive feedback to elevate installation, project management, and service outcomes.
  • Evaluate individual and team performance metrics to identify training needs and develop targeted improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with installation managers, operations managers, sales managers, and general managers to address ongoing issues and enhance installation and service processes.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to subcontractors, project managers, and service technicians to refine back-office processes and documentation.
  • Deliver coaching and mentorship to subcontractors, project managers, and service technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in installation, project management, and service roles.
  • Experience in training and coaching.
  • Proficient in computer skills and information management.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and decision-making abilities.
