Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At Kohler, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent and culture strategies that drive business results and improve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent management processes, including talent acquisition, assessment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Build organizational capability through ownership of HR metrics, tracking, reporting, and analyzing data.
  • Provide strategic and consultative leadership guidance and mentoring to employees.
  • Identify critical positions and develop succession strategies for those positions.
  • Develop and coordinate Human Resources related modules within the Strategic Planning process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, industrial / labor relations or psychology.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Human Resources, with an emphasis on business partnership, operational excellence, and culture transformation.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment in a HR leadership / supervisory role.
  • Presentation and facilitation knowledge with skills in coaching, training, and developing employees.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with lean, six sigma, and/or continuous improvement.
