Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at The Recruiting Pros. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of HR initiatives, including performance management, organizational development, staffing, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR leadership to develop strategic planning processes and implement corporate directives related to human resources initiatives.
  • Manage and direct an HR Assistant to perform day-to-day HR and administrative activities, including job descriptions, recruiting, onboarding, phone screens, scheduling of interviews, and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Anticipate and identify gaps between business needs and people systems and capabilities, communicating findings to department managers and executive leadership.
  • Select qualified candidates, conduct initial interviews, and manage pre-employment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage legal compliance of employee records and maintain HR records, including FMLA, Workers' Compensation, Federal, and State laws.
  • Coordinate and conduct monthly safety training with all managers and hourly associates, ensuring employees adhere to safety policies.
  • Investigate employee complaints and concerns, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality to achieve effective resolutions.
  • Review and submit weekly payroll on a timely basis.
Requirements:
  • College degree strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-spectrum human resources in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Supervisory and/or management of HR-related functions in a production environment required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking/payroll/benefits management systems, with ADP Vantage Suite a strong plus.
  • Experience working with a time and attendance system, with Kronos a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, Workers' Compensation, Federal, and State employment laws.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
