Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our team at Wells. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as benefits enrollment, employee recognition events, and new hire orientations.
  • Payroll Support: Provide support with payroll functions, including processing, answering employee questions, and reviewing timesheets.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Prior related office experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Microsoft Office Package required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Working Conditions

This is an indoor/office work environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
