School Office Administrator Position Summary:

CREF Discovery Academy is looking for an exceptional School Office Administrator to join our dedicated team. As the primary point of contact for our school community, you will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive learning environment.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the principal, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate events, and oversee logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records, confidential files, and documents.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  • Supervise and train new staff members.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and announcements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in school administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of school policies, procedures, and regulations.

Salary and Benefits: $52,000-$72,000 per year based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
