Selectemp Employment Services is seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to provide temporary support for a pharmaceutical organization. This role involves executing administrative functions to enhance the efficiency of the human resources division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance of precise and current human resources documentation in compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the HR Director.
  • Organize employee training sessions and meetings.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including managing resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, coordinating with various departments and gathering necessary documentation.
  • Respond to employment verification requests.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, such as employee recognition ceremonies, holiday celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Provide backup support for the Operations team, including answering the main phone line, greeting visitors, and managing deliveries.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least three years of relevant experience in Human Resources; an Associate's Degree and PHR/SHRM-CP certification are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook for scheduling and contact management, as well as Excel.
  • Solid understanding of state and federal employment regulations.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting staff across all levels of the organization.
  • Professional representation of the company and HR Department in all interactions.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources is essential.

Job Details:

  • Temporary position covering a leave of absence.
  • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with a start time to be discussed.
  • Potential for a hybrid work model following training.
  • Compensation is $22-24, depending on experience.
