Job Title: Field Engineer I

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer I to join our team at Skanska. As a Field Engineer I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including safety, estimating, project management, and operations.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other construction technology tools.
