About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at Scion Nonprofit Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and communication.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO, team members, and external stakeholders, handling communications with tact and diplomacy.
  • Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on relevant topics, providing the CEO with essential information.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate and support executive-level events, including conferences, meetings, and presentations.
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to the executive's workflow.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration and cooperation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated work experience in nonprofit administration supporting C-Suite Executives within fast-paced environments.
  • A passion to be a part of a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting the communities of Oakland, CA.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, Smart Sheets, and other operational software.
  • Successful project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • A high degree of integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
What We Offer
