Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Senior Administrative Assistant and Concierge for a leading company. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior-level executives, manage their busy schedules, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure the efficient operation of their offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals in the facility, including office guests, customers, and tenants.

Record and log service requests and track the statuses.

Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.

Deliver world-class customer service and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Maintain a database of local business recommendations, including preferred transportation sources, dining, entertainment, etc.

Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Maintain the Concierge desk and lobby area, including restocking and inventory management.

Provide phone support at the Concierge desk and book conference room reservations as needed.

Send out welcome/visitor's emails and register guests with building security.

Provide coverage during the absence of other support staff and liaise with other departments and teams as required.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience, preferably in a supervisory or assistant role.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software as needed.

Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
