Senior Industrial Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships with our clients, growing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and field employees
- Conduct safety walkouts and review safety check-lists to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain open communication
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance objectives
- 4-7 years of sales experience in the construction industry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Annual salary with uncapped commission
- Monthly auto reimbursement
