Sales Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Sonos. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for introducing customers to our innovative home audio products and promoting our brand in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a dedicated brand influencer, introducing Sonos to customers and promoting our home theater technology
Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
Build relationships with store managers and associates, creating a positive impact and increasing Sonos' sales in assigned stores
Engage customers through dazzling product demonstrations, identifying home audio products that fit their individual needs
Assist and train store personnel, helping them communicate Sonos information with confidence
Put Sonos products in the spotlight, displaying them perfectly and ready to rock the sales floor
Keep the momentum going, knocking out call reports the same day as your store visit
Requirements:
Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
Be a star, bringing your enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative
Customer-focused, wowing customers with your interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
Show them what you know, presenting Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups
Reliable ride, must be able to commute to assigned Best Buy location
Physical stamina, able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
Tech-ready, access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
