Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will assist the Sales Manager in administrative functions, ensuring seamless sales and management operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Sales Managers and clients in their absence
  • Take booking inquiry information via phone and prepare necessary paperwork
  • Utilize computer software to enter data, produce contracts, and create correspondence
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner
  • Exercise decision-making skills to direct caller requests
  • Accurately record messages and distribute them to staff members in a timely manner
  • Distribute documents to ensure prompt processing of time-sensitive information
  • Handle individual reservations for VIP clients, ensuring all arrangements are handled properly
  • Organize, file, and retrieve documents to maintain essential records

Qualifications

  • Hotel experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Basic administrative knowledge, including business letters and formats
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
  • Ability to access and accurately input information into a computer using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to stand and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions
