What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during operational hours based on contact center requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for the consultative process when recommending suitable solutions and educating our participants.
  • A minimum of one year of experience utilizing computer applications in a professional or academic setting.
  • Excellent listening skills to effectively analyze account information and understand client needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to comply with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Adaptability to implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
  • Openness to mentoring and constructive feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Possession of an active and valid Series 7 & 63 license is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • For those not currently licensed but interested in obtaining FINRA licenses, we provide a clear pathway to pursue your career aspirations.
