What You Bring
A background in finance is not a prerequisite; individuals from diverse experiences have thrived in this role at Charles Schwab. This position includes a combination of instructor-led training, mentorship, and practical learning throughout your initial year.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during operational hours based on contact center requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for the consultative process when recommending suitable solutions and educating our participants.
- A minimum of one year of experience utilizing computer applications in a professional or academic setting.
- Excellent listening skills to effectively analyze account information and understand client needs.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to comply with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Adaptability to implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
- Openness to mentoring and constructive feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Possession of an active and valid Series 7 & 63 license is beneficial but not mandatory.
