  • Manage client relationships and complete relevant administration tasks
  • Coordinate client communication, including email correspondence, phone calls, and in-person meetings
  • Develop and implement client strategies that align with their goals and objectives
  • Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on company products or services
  • Train and assist junior members of staff

Requirements:

  • Part or qualified STEP/ICSA or equivalent
  • At least 3 years in a TCSP administration environment managing a client portfolio
  • CCH, Viewpoint, and Laserfiche experience an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
